At BharatERP, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality billing and accounting software to our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for BharatERP licenses, subscriptions, and related services.

1. License & Subscription Fees

  • All license purchases, subscription fees, and renewals for BharatERP are non-refundable once activated.
  • We recommend customers to fully evaluate our demo or trial version (if available) before making a purchase decision.

2. Free Trial Policy

  • If BharatERP offers a free trial, customers are encouraged to test the software during the trial period.
  • No charges are applied during the trial. Charges begin only after the user confirms the purchase or subscription.

3. Cancellation of Services

  • You may cancel your subscription or license renewal at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • Cancellations can be requested via email at support@bharaterp.com.
  • Once a license key is generated and activated, cancellation is not possible for the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided as BharatERP is a digital software product.
  • A refund may be issued only under the following exceptional cases:
    • Duplicate payment made by mistake
    • Technical failure resulting in unsuccessful activation
    • Payment charged but license not delivered within 7 business days
  • All refund requests will be verified, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Support & Maintenance Services

  • Support and annual maintenance fees are non-refundable once availed.
  • Customers are encouraged to check their requirements before purchasing additional services.

6. Third-Party Payments

  • If you purchased BharatERP through a reseller, distributor, or partner, refunds and cancellations will be governed by their respective policies.
  • BharatERP is not responsible for refunds made through third-party channels.

7. Changes to Policy

OPENLOGIC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
