- Subscription renewals are charged automatically unless cancelled

Unfortunately, no. Once the software is activated and license key is used, we cannot provide refunds based on user preference. We strongly encourage using our free trial to evaluate the software before purchase.
For eligible refunds, the process takes 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime before the next renewal date. However, we cannot provide prorated refunds for unused portions of your current billing cycle. Your service will continue until the end of the paid period.
