• "User" – any individual or business using BharatERP
• "Services" – BharatERP software, website, support, and related offerings
• "Account" – your registered user profile and access credentials
• "License" – your right to use the software according to these terms
• "Data" – information you enter, store, or process using our services

To use BharatERP, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter into agreements
• Operate a legitimate business or be authorized to act on behalf of one
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Registration Requirements:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain up-to-date contact and business information
• Use a valid email address for account verification

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• You are liable for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available

What You CAN Do:

• Use BharatERP for your legitimate business operations
• Access the software from multiple devices (as per your plan)
• Create backups of your data for security purposes
• Customize settings and configurations within the software

What You CANNOT Do:

• Copy, modify, resell, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your license with unauthorized users
• Use the software for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass security measures or usage limitations

Payment Terms:

• Payments must be made in advance for subscription plans
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes

Important Notes:

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
• All fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing customers

Updates:

• We regularly release updates with new features and security patches
• Security updates are automatically applied for cloud users
• You'll be notified of major updates and breaking changes

Support:

• Technical support is available during business hours (10 AM - 8 PM, Mon-Sat)
• Submit support tickets via email or our help portal
• Access to documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base
• Training sessions and webinars for premium users

As a user of BharatERP, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Maintain accurate financial and business records
• Protect your data with appropriate backup measures
• Respect other users' privacy and data
• Not use the software for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Not introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Data Ownership:

• You retain full ownership of all data you input into BharatERP
• You can export your data at any time
• You can request data deletion upon account termination

Data Security:

• We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Automated daily backups with multi-location redundancy
• We will never sell or share your business data with third parties

BharatERP and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws:

• All software code, designs, and documentation are owned by OPENLOGIC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD
• "BharatERP" trademark and logos are our exclusive property
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited
• Violations may result in legal action and damages

BharatERP may integrate with third-party services:

• Payment gateways for processing transactions
• SMS and email service providers for notifications
• Government portals for GST filing and compliance
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or reliability
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies

• BharatERP is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss

You May Terminate:

• Your account at any time by contacting support
• Subscriptions before the next billing cycle
• You can export your data before termination

We May Terminate:

• Accounts that violate these terms
• Accounts with outstanding payments after 30 days
• Accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible

Refund Policy:

• 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
• No refunds for renewals or additional services
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunded to original payment method

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime before your next billing date
• Service continues until the end of paid period
• Cancellation confirmation sent via email

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPENLOGIC BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD from any claims arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Unauthorized use of your account
• Inaccuracy of information you provide
• Your infringement of third-party rights

• We may update these terms from time to time
• Significant changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification
• Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• Continued use of BharatERP constitutes acceptance of new terms
• You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Guwahati, Assam, India
• Disputes should first be resolved through good faith negotiation
• Mediation preferred before litigation
• English language version of terms takes precedence
